Yoga Immersion

This pathway is designed for those who feel called to explore the deeper dimensions of yoga without the intention to teach.

The Yoga Immersion offers an opportunity to experience the philosophy, subtle body, and holistic science that underpin the practice, creating space for personal study, reflection, and integration.

Through the lens of yogic philosophy, you’ll begin to understand yoga as more than movement—rather, as a system for cultivating awareness, balance, and alignment in daily life. Exploration of the chakra system provides insight into the energetic body, helping you recognize patterns, imbalances, and areas for growth. Study of the koshas, or layers of being, invites a more nuanced understanding of self—from the physical body to the energetic, mental, and emotional dimensions, and ultimately toward a deeper sense of inner connection.

Incorporating principles of Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, this training also introduces a personalized approach to well-being. You’ll learn how elemental balance influences your tendencies, habits, and overall state of health, and how to support yourself through simple, sustainable lifestyle practices.

Without the focus on sequencing or teaching methodology, this option allows you to move at a more contemplative pace. It is ideal for those who want to deepen their practice, expand their knowledge, and embody the teachings in a meaningful way—whether for personal growth, spiritual exploration, or to enrich other areas of life.

This is an opportunity to study the art and science of yoga in a way that is both grounded and expansive—supporting not just what you do on the mat, but how you live beyond it.
