Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a quiet yet powerful practice rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. Through long-held, floor-based postures (1–5 minutes), this class targets the body’s deep connective tissues—tendons, fascia, and ligaments—bringing mobility, hydration, and resilience to the joints.
Yin offers a meditative challenge that invites stillness, focus, and deep introspection. It's an ideal complement to more active practices, giving much-needed attention to the tissues that support and stabilize muscular effort.
This class is suitable for all levels and offers a meaningful experience whether you're new to Yin or a seasoned practitioner.

Rooted in breath, mindfulness, and intention, this class brings together the best of both worlds: the discipline of traditional strength training with the awareness and presence cultivated through yoga. Every movement is guided by careful attention to form, alignment, and breath, creating a practice that is both effective and deeply supportive.
This class is designed especially for those who want to build strength in a way that honors the nervous system. While the research is clear—strength training is essential for long-term health. Each week, we’ll train various major muscle groups using a mix of light, moderate, and heavy weights to safely develop functional strength. We’ll also incorporate Pilates-inspired movements and core training to boost endurance and stability.
Some yoga sculpt experience is required. Straight training experience is recommended.

Restorative Yoga
This restorative yoga class offers a gentle, deeply relaxing practice focused on stillness and rejuvenation. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, students are guided into supportive poses held for extended periods. The emphasis is on passive stretching, mindful breathing, and releasing physical and mental tension.
Restorative yoga helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system—the branch responsible for rest, repair, and relaxation—counteracting the stress-induced fight-or-flight response. This activation supports lowering heart rate and blood pressure, reducing anxiety, and promoting deep recovery on both physical and emotional levels.
It also gently nourishes the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles and organs, promoting flexibility and reducing stiffness. By easing muscular tension and improving joint mobility, restorative yoga supports overall musculoskeletal health and alignment.
Suitable for all levels, the class encourages rest, recovery, and nervous system regulation. It’s an ideal complement to more active practices or busy lifestyles. Come without expectations, allow the journey to unfold and you may leave feeling calm, centered, and refreshed.
MFR/Yin Series
Experience the benefits of Yin Yoga combined with Myofascial Release (MFR) techniques.
Fascia—the body's most abundant connective tissue—responds deeply to sustained positioning. Over time, imbalances can form within this web-like system, affecting how we move, feel, and function. Yin Yoga helps to restore balance by targeting fascia through long-held, mostly passive postures that allow the tissue to “wring out,” rehydrate, and regain elasticity.
Ambika uses traditional Yin poses alongside self-myofascial release techniques (with balls and other props), this practice supports optimal tissue health and mobility.
With over 18 years of teaching experience, plus a background as a Physical Therapist Assistant and professional dancer, Ambika creates a supportive environment for all levels. This class also offers time to deepen your mind-body connection, inviting the nervous system into a parasympathetic, healing state.
Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt is a dynamic and challenging practice that combines breath-to-movement sequencing with strength and resistance training. Each class begins with a mindful warm-up to prepare the body, followed by a sculpting series designed to build muscular endurance and tone the body. Emphasis is placed on refining movement patterns and maintaining intentional breathwork throughout, ensuring a safe, mindful, and effective practice. Every session concludes with a purposeful cool-down to support recovery and enhance mobility. This practice not only strengthens the body but also sharpens mental focus and cultivates clarity.
