Sun Flow Express is a vinyasa class, that moves efficiently through creative sequences for those who are on the go! Like all Sun Flow classes, you'll move through fundamental, beneficial yoga postures that build strength, flexibility, and breath awareness. This class is still alignment focused with opportunities to modify with less intense or more advanced options as needed by each practitioner. (All levels)
